14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. This gives you ample time to thoroughly evaluate your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it- Brand spanking new.
- It should be unused, with all tags and stickers still attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging, not damaged.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- A 5% restocking fee is charged.
- Please note shipping and payment gateway costs are not refundable.
Please note that items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return.

Damages and Issues
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may occur during shipping. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately. Our team will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for these specific items.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item. This will expedite the process and ensure a smooth exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@bolzzen.com. Our team will assist you in resolving any refund-related issues.
